اولویت‌بندی راهبردهای تعمیرات و نگهداری با رویکرد ترکیبی دیمتل، تحلیل شبکه‌ای و کپراس در صنایع تولیدی قطعات خودرو مطالعه (موردی: شرکت میلاد قم)

چکیده

تنوع راهبردهای تعمیرات و نگهداری، تنوع ماهیتی سازمان‌ها و تنوع معیارهای انتخاب استراتژی باعث شده تا مسئله انتخاب استراتژی دچار پیچیدگی شود. در این تحقیق راهبردهای مذکور از ادبیات تحقیق جمع‌آوری شده ‌است. سپس از روش یونگ لن که مبتنی بر ترکیب تکنیک‌های دیمتل، تحلیل شبکه‌ای است و ترکیب آن با کپراس، برای اولویت‌بندی راهبردها استفاده شده ‌است. در این روش، صرفه‌جویی‌هایی در جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و در محاسبات وجود دارد که در متن مقاله تشریح شده‌‌اند. پژوهش حاضر از نظر ماهیت توصیفی- پیمایشی، به لحاظ فرایند، کمّی و به لحاظ نتیجه، کاربردی است و از نظر موضوعی در حوزه تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره در انتخاب استراتژی نگهداری و تعمیرات قرار می‌گیرد. در ایـن تحقیـق، تیم خبرگـان متشکل از ده نفر از کارکنان شرکت و جامعه‌ دانشگاهی که آشـنایی بالایی با مسائل صنعت و مبانی علمی دارند و به روش هدفمند قضـاوتی انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه است. نتایج نشان داد که استراتژی پیش‌بینانه برای صنعت قطعات خودروسازی مناسب‌تر است.

چکیده [English]

The diversity of maintenance strategies, diversity of organizational nature and diversity of criteria for strategy selection, have made the selection of maintenance strategies as a complicated problem. In this research, the strategies have been collected from the literature. Then using Yung-Lan method that is based on combination of DEMATEL-ANP, and combine it with COPRAS, the strategies were ranked. There are some savings in data collection and calculations in Yung-Lan method, which are described in the text. This study is descriptive in nature, In terms of data is quantitative, In terms of results is applicative and in terms of field is MADM problem for selection of maintenance strategy. In this research, the experts consist of 10 experts of company employees and the academic community familiar with the problems of industry and the scientific basis, were selected using targeted sampling. Data collected by questionnaire. The results showed that the predictive strategy is suitable for automotive parts industry.
