طراحی مدل زمانبندی کامیونها در سیستم انبار عبوری موقت چند دربه با رویکرد توقف عملیات
انبار عبوری موقت یک استراتژی توزیع در زنجیره تأمین است که در آن، کالاها و محصولات بهطور مستقیم از قسمت دریافت به قسمت ارسال منتقل میشوند؛ بدون اینکه در مرکز توزیع یا انبار نگهداری شوند. هدف این تحقیق، طراحی مدل زمانبندی کامیونها در سیستم انبار عبوری موقت چند دربه با رویکرد توقف عملیات است. در این سناریو از زمانبندی انبار عبوری موقت، کامیونها مجاز هستند که در حین فعالیت تخلیه و بارگیری متوقف شوند و درزمانی دیگر، فعالیت را از سر بگیرند (رویکرد توقف عملیات ). بنابراین، هم کامیونهای ورودی و هم کامیونهای خروجی میتوانند بهصورت متناوب داخل و خارج انبار شوند. برای این سناریو، یک مدل برنامهریزی عدد صحیح مختلط خطی توسعه داده شده است. علاوه بر مدل ریاضی، با توجه به ماهیت پیچیده این مسائل، سه الگوریتم فراابتکاری برای حل آن و ساختار جدیدی برای نمایش جواب مسئله پیشنهاد شده است. همچنین بهمنظور افزایش کارایی الگوریتمها، از روش تنظیم پارامتر تاگوچی استفاده شده است. نتایج تجربی نشان میدهند که الگوریتم ژنتیک از دو الگوریتم دیگر (شبیهسازی تبرید و جستجوی ممنوعه ) عملکرد بهتری داشته است.

طراحی مدل آماد معکوس چند دورهای با مسیرهای متفاوت بازیابی محصول در شرایط عدم قطعیت
آماد معکوس از عمدهترین فعالیتهای مدیریت زنجیره تأمین است که تمام فعالیتهای فیزیکی مرتبط با محصولات بازگشتی مانند (جمع آوری، احیا، بازیافت و انهدام) را در بر میگیرد. یک موضوع ضروری برای مدلسازی سیستمهای آماد معکوس، در نظر گرفتن تعداد بیشتری از گزینههای بازیابی و توجه به کیفیت بازگشتیها و همچنین وجود عدم قطعیت، هم در مقدار و هم در کیفیت محصولات بازگشتی است. در این تحقیق، یک مدل برنامهریزی عدد صحیح مختلط فازی دو مرحلهای جهت طراحی یک شبکه آماد معکوس یکپارچه چند دورهای و چند محصولی تحت شرایط عدم قطعیت ارائه شده است. هدف نهایی، کمینه سازی هزینه کل شبکه است. مدل مورد بحث از نوع مسائل NP-Hard است که در آن، زمان حل مسأله به صورت نمایی افزایش مییابد. بنابراین در این تحقیق، از الگوریتم فراابتکاری ژنتیک برای حل مدل استفاده شده است.

تعیین ماندگاری و سودآوری مشتریان بانک با استفاده از تعمیم مدل درخت تصمیم و جنگل رگرسیون
در این تحقیق با استفاده از روشهای جنگل تصادفی و جنگل رگرسیون که تعمیمیافته مدل درخت تصمیم و رگرسیون هستند، عوامل مؤثر بر ماندگاری و سودآوری مشتریان ارزی یک بانک تجاری دولتی، موردبررسی قرار میگیرد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل مشتریانی است که دارای یکی از انواع حسابهای ارزی بانک بوده و بهطور همزمان از خدمات حوالههای ارزی، گشایش اعتبارات اسنادی و تسهیلات ارزی استفاده مینمایند. همچنین صحت نتایج با رگرسیون لجستیک و بگینگ مقایسه میشود. در روش جنگل رگرسیون، با استفاده از معیار درصد میانگین قدرمطلق خطا (MAPE) ، به مقایسه دقت نتایج مدل با روش رگرسیون خطی پرداخته میشود. سپس درجه اهمیت هر یک از متغیرهای مستقل بر روی متغیرهای وابسته خرید بعدی، کاهش سطح فعالیت، کاهش سودآوری و تداوم سودآوری تعیین میشود.
نتایج نشان میدهد در صورت ارائه تسهیلات ارزی بیشتر به مشتریان تولیدی و درنتیجه، گشایش اعتبارات اسنادی یا انجام حوالههای بیشتر برای این قبیل از مشتریان، احتمال افزایش دوره ماندگاری مشتریان افزایش مییابد. همچنین افزایش مبلغ تسهیلات ارزی ارائهشده، حوالههای انجامشده و همچنین اعتبارات اسنادی گشایش شده بهواسطه نرخ سود بازپرداخت تسهیلات، کارمزدها و سود حاصله از فروش ارز و ضمانتنامهها در بالا بردن میزان سودآوری مشتریان نقش بسزایی دارند.

مدل تولید-موجودی چندمحصولی فازی با کمبود، دوبارهکاری و محدودیت های نرخ تولید محدود، فضای انبار و سرمایه و حل آن بهوسیله الگوریتمهای فرا ابتکاری
مدیریت موجودی سازمان و برنامهریزی برای تولید محصولات ازجمله وظایف ضروری هر سازمان تولیدی است. در این مقاله، مدل تولید-موجودی کمبوددار برای تعیین مقدار بهینه موجودی در شرکتهای تولیدی چند کالایی در هنگام غیرقطعی بودن تقاضا گسترش یافته است. هدف این مسئله بیشینهسازی کل سود شرکت با در نظر گرفتن هزینههای موجودی اعم از هزینه نگهداری مواد اولیه و نهایی، سفارش، کمبود بهصورت سفارش عقبافتاده و فروش ازدسترفته و خرید است که یک مدل غیرخطی را به وجود میآورد. در این مسئله، دوبارهکاری اقلام معیوب و محدودیتهای نرخ تولید محدود، فضای انبار و سرمایه نیز در نظر گرفته شده است. برای حل مشکل نادقیق بودن دادههای ورودی به سیستم از نظریه مجموعههای فازی استفاده شده است. مدل ارائهشده با استفاده از روش ترکیبی زنبورعسل، پارتو و ویکور حل شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد تولید محصولات به میزان تعیینشده در چنین شرایطی، بهصورت همزمان بیشینه سود و کمینه هزینه را برای شرکت تولیدی به ارمغان خواهد آورد.

کاهش شدت انرژی در بیمارستان پس از پیادهسازی سیستم مدیریت انرژی با در نظر گرفتن ترجیحات فازی مصرفکننده
مراکزی که خدمات عمومی ارائه میکنند، مانند بیمارستانهای دولتی، ازجمله مصرفکنندگان بزرگ انرژی الکتریکی هستند که لازم است مصرف انرژی آنها مدیریت شود. در این پژوهش با در نظر گرفتن ترجیحات مصرفکننده و تعرفه قیمت انرژی الکتریکی، یک مدل برنامهریزی ریاضی برای بهینهسازی مصرف انرژی برق بیمارستانها ارائه شده است. در یک مطالعه موردی، فهرستی از دستگاههای مورداستفاده توسط یک مصرفکننده نمونه دریافت شده و با تعیین مشخصات دستگاهها و ترجیحات کاربران آنها، مدل برنامهریزی و زمانبندی برای آنها اجرا شده است. سه سناریوی کمینهسازی اوج انرژی مصرفی (مدیریت اضافهبار)، کمینهسازی هزینه انرژی مصرفی و تلفیق سناریوهای اول و دوم، بهعنوان اهداف پیادهسازی سیستم مدیریت انرژی، موردمطالعه و بررسی قرار گرفتهاند. نهایتاً شاخص شدت انرژی، قبل و پس از بهینهسازی، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. نتایج نشان داد میزان کاهش شدت انرژی در سناریوی تلفیقی که هر دو هدف را بهطور همزمان در نظر میگیرد، بیشتر است.

بهینهسازی بر مبنای شبیهسازی توالی انجام پروژههای توسعه محصول جدید در مراکز پژوهشی
مدیریت صحیح و اثربخش انجام پروژهها در مراکز تحقیقوتوسعه، یکی از اهداف کلیدی این مراکز است. تعیین بهینه توالی انجام پروژهها در محیط تحقیقاتی در بهرهوری نیروی انسانی، ماشینآلات و هزینههای مربوط به دیرکرد و زودکرد تحویل پروژهها تأثیرگذار است. از سوی دیگر، قوانین مختلفی برای تعیین اولویتدهی پروژهها در گروههای تحقیقاتی وجود دارد که این موضوع در مسئله چندپروژهای با توالیهای مختلف، حل مدلهای ریاضی را به یک مسئله NP-Hard تبدیل می نماید. لذا رویکرد بهینهسازی مبتنی بر شبیهسازی برای یافتن جواب نزدیک به بهینه، میتواند اثربخش باشد. در این مقاله، ابتدا یک مدل مفهومی برنامهریزی ریاضی جهت تعیین توالی انجام پروژهها ارائهشده است؛ سپس به کمک نرمافزارArena 14 مدل شبیهسازی، طراحی و در ادامه با حل یک مثال عددی، جواب نزدیک به بهینه مسئله ازلحاظ بهرهوری، هزینه دیرکرد و سود زودکرد بهمنظور انتخاب بهترین روش اولویتبندی کارها در گروههای پژوهشی ارائه شد و نتیجه آن با طراحی آزمایشها و آزمون توکی موردبررسی و آزمون قرار گرفت. درنهایت، روش LPT، جهت اولویتبندی کارها هنگام ایجاد صف در ورودی گروههای پژوهشی انتخاب شد. همچنین نتایج این تحقیق نشان میدهد در شبیهسازی، برخلاف سایر روشهای بهینهسازی، نیاز به ایجاد یک مدل ریاضی دقیق نیست بلکه با یک مدل مفهومی ریاضی میتوان به نتایج مطلوبی دستیافت و این امر حل مسائل بهینهسازی پیچیده را درصورتیکه بتوان به مدل شبیهسازیشده تبدیل نمود، تسهیل مینماید.

تعیین اولویتهای رقابتی در زنجیره تأمین پایدار سلسله مراتبی تحت شرایط عدماطمینان (مطالعه موردی: مجموعه شرکتهای پارستوشه)
در دنیای رقابتی امروز، شیوههای مدیریت تولید گذشته که یکپارچگی کمتری را در فرآیندهایشان داشتند، کارایی خود را از دست دادهاند. زنجیره تأمین پایدار را میتوان ابزار عملیای دانست که قادر است عملکرد قابل قبولی را با درگیری گسترده پایداری در کسبوکار ایجاد کند. در این راستا میتوان برای داشتن عملکردی مناسب جهت پایداری بیشتر زنجیره تأمین اولویتهای رقابتی را تجویز کرد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع هدف پژوهشی-کاربردی ، از حیث روش، توصیفی-تحلیلی است و با هدف تعیین اولویتهای رقابتی در زنجیره تأمین پایدار انجام شده است. در این پژوهش، ابتدا ابعاد زنجیره تأمین شناسایی شده و به یک ساختار سلسله مراتبی از آن دستیافتیم و سپس با بررسی ادبیات، زیرمعیارهای آن را تعیین کردیم و کلیه اولویتها و زیرمعیارهای شناساییشده را بر روی مجموعه شرکتهای لوازم خانگی پارس توشه با ترکیبی از فنون تصمیمگیری چندمعیاره مورد آزمون قرار دادیم. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد اولویتهای رقابتی که شرکتها با بهکارگیری آن در بازار رقابت میکنند به ترتیب، هزینه، تحویل و کیفیت است و سایر اولویتها با توجه به مقدار ارزش متفاوتی که برای V (ارزش مقداری در نظر گرفته شده در رویکرد) قائل میشویم در رتبههای بعدی قرار میگیرند.

بهینهسازی مبادلات در بورس گل و گیاه با در نظر گرفتن شرکت آماد طرف سوم تحت شرایط عدم قطعیت
در این مقاله، مسئله بورس گل و گیاه بهعنوان یک مسئله بهینهسازی در نظر گرفته میشود. ذینفعان این مسئله عرضهکننده، خریدار، شرکت آماد طرف سوم، کارگزاران و سازمان بورس معاملات هستند. گلها و گیاهان جزو محصولات تازه و محصولات تازه نیز بهعنوان زیرمجموعهای از محصولات فسادپذیر شناخته میشوند. در این مقاله، دو مدل رقابتی استکلبرگ بین عرضهکننده محصولات و خریدار و همچنین بین خریدار و شرکت آماد طرف سوم ارائه میشود که در مدل اول، مقدار سفارش بهینه، قیمت عمدهفروشی و قیمت خردهفروشی محصول به دست میآید و در مدل دوم نیز قیمت حمل بهینه توسط شرکت آماد طرف سوم محاسبه میشود. در پایان نیز یک مدل هماهنگ و یکپارچه ارائه میشود و نشان داده میشود که شرایط هماهنگی و یکپارچگی در مبادله گل و گیاه باعث میشود تا سود و مقدار سفارش بیشتر و همچنین قیمت خردهفروشی کمتری در کل زنجیره تأمین نسبت به حالتهای رقابتی برای اعضای زنجیره به دست آید.

تخمین میزان اثر عوامل ایجاد اتلاف زمانی در پروژههای ساختمانی با استفاده از روش شبکه عصبی تعمیمیافته
یکی از عوامل مهم موفقیت در مدیریت، کاهش زمان تولید است که موجب افزایش میزان تولید و کاهش انتظار مشتریان است. در پروژههای ساخت آپارتمان مسکونی، زمان تولید تفاوت زیادی با کشورهای پیشرفتهای همچون ژاپن و آمریکا دارد؛ لذا کاهش زمان تولید آپارتمان یکی از دغدغههای مدیران پروژه است. یکی از راههای کاهش زمان، کاهش یا حذف اتلافهای زمانی است که در فرآیند تولید اتفاق میافتد و هدف این مقاله، شناسایی و تعیین میزان اثر این اتلافهاست. برای شناسایی علتها بعد از مطالعه کتابخانهای، از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد و 8 عامل به دست آمد که همگی دارای سه ویژگیِ حضور در مرحله اجرا، قابلکنترل بودن و تأثیر مستقیم بر زمان بودند. این 8 عامل شامل جلوگیری ناظر، کمبود مصالح، کمبود تجهیزات، دوبارهکاری، تأخیر پیمانکار، جابجایی و انبارش، تداخل کاری و درنهایت، انجام همه فعالیتها درون کارگاه هستند. برای تعیین میزان اثر، پس از دریافت 214 پاسخنامه قابلاستفاده، از روش شبکه عصبی رگرسیونی تعمیمیافته استفاده شد. نتیجه بهدستآمده به این صورت بود که در صورت وجود هر 8 عامل، 4/41 درصد زمان پروژه، به اتلاف زمانی اختصاص دارد و تنها سه عامل تأخیر پیمانکار، انجام فعالیتها درون کارگاه و دوبارهکاری باعث 8/31 درصد اتلاف میشود. این نتایج، معیار مناسبی را برای تصمیمگیری مدیران پروژه نسبت به نوع رفتار با این عوامل، فراهم میسازد تا درنهایت بتوانند طول مدت پروژه را کاهش دهند.

بررسی منطق تصمیمگیری کارآفرینان ایرانی مبتنی بر نظریه امکانگرایی
ارائه نظریه امکانگرایی در برابر هدفگرایی توسط سارازواتی آغاز تحولاتی بنیادین در زمینه درک منطق تصمیمگیری کارآفرینان است. این نظریه با ارائه پنج اصل نشان میدهد که کارآفرینان متفاوت از مدیران کلاسیک و بهخصوص مدیران شرکتهای بزرگ تصمیمگیری میکنند. این مقاله رویکردی کیفی دارد و دادهها از طریق مصاحبه با کارآفرینان ایرانی که شرکتهای کارآفرینانه موفقی را در صنایع مختلف تأسیس کردهاند، جمعآوری شدهاند. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش نگاشت علّی انجام شده و نشان میدهد که کارآفرینان ایرانی از این منطق و تفکر تصمیمگیری تبعیت میکنند. تحلیل نگاشتهای علّی و استخراج مفاهیم مرکزی نشان میدهد که کارآفرینان ایرانی اصول ضرر قابلتحمل، شراکت، پیشبینی بهجای کنترل و نیز استفاده از پیشامدهای خوب و بد را در تصمیمگیریهای خود بهخوبی بهکار میگیرند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که عموم کارآفرینان ایرانی با تکیه بر امکانات موجود، شرکتهای کارآفرینانه را بنا نهاده و بهمرور به سمت هدفگرایی در تصمیمات، پیش میروند. این منطق، درنهایت منجر به شکلگیری پارادایم خلق تدریجی یا یکباره شرکتهای کارآفرینانه با توجه به منابع در دسترس خواهد شد.

ارائه یک مدل استوار جدید در مسئله موازنه زمان-هزینه گسسته در پروژههای با محدودیت بودجه
یکی از مسائل مهم در کنترل پروژه، برآورد دقیق زمان اتمام، هزینه اجرایی و میزان منابع مصرفی در یک پروژه است. در مدیریت پروژهها به علت عدم قطعیت در کنترل پروژههایی که در محیط بسیار متغیر اجرا میشوند، اغلب ممکن است با صرف هزینههای اضافی طول زمان برخی از فعالیتها را کاهش داده تا زمان تکمیل پروژه تسریع یابد. مسئله موازنه زمان-هزینه، یکی از روشهای تعیین اقتصادیترین زمان برای اجرای پروژه و بررسی میزان حساسیت تغییرات هزینه در مقابل تغییرات زمان است. در این مقاله، یک مدل ریاضی استوار برای مسئله موازنه زمان-هزینه گسسته ارائه میشود که در شرایط عدم قطعیت و غیرقابلپیشبینی همواره جوابهای نزدیک به بهینه داشته باشد. برای استوار کردن و حفظ کارایی مدل مفروض از روش بهینهسازی استوار و برای حل مدل از نرمافزار گمز و الگوریتم ژنتیک استفاده شده است. با بررسی و مقایسه نتایج آزمایشها بر روی پروژههای مختلف، به استواری، دقت و کارایی روش حل مدل پیشنهادی پی برده شد.
