ارائه یک مدل ریاضی جهت تعیین سبکهای تصمیم گیری و ارتقای اثربخشی آن در شرایط وجود عدم قطعیت در داده ها
DOR : 20.1001.1.24766291.1399.5.2.1.4تصمیم گیری در دنیای واقعی مستلزم در نظر گرفتن شواهد و اطلاعات بدست آمده از منابع مختلفی است که در تصمیم گیری موثر است ،گاه این شواهد و اطلاعات در دسترس و دقیق بوده و گاه چنان پیچیده و مبهم است که منجر به ظهور سبکهای تصمیم گیری گوناگون می گردد. پژهش حاضر برآن است تا بااستفاده از قوانین احتمالات مبتنی بر میزان قطعیت داده ها و بر مبنای تئوری ریاضی شواهد دمپستر شافر الگویی برای تعیین سبک تصمیم گیری مدیران بالاخص در شرایط عدم قطعیت داده ها ارائه دهد.و درنهایت با کاهش عدم قطعیت در اخذ تصمیم منجربه ارتقای اثربخشی تصمیم گیری گردد. در این مدل ، تصمیم گیری برمبنای مولفه ای چهارگانه آن باتوجه به نظرخبرگان ، وبراساس الگوی تئوری شواهد مدلسازی ویک مدل غیرخطی ارائه شد. سپس پرسشنامه ای حاوی 18سوال در خصوص نوع مساله پیش رو جهت تصمیم گیری در مدیران شعب یکی از بانکهای خصوصی در سطح استان گیلان و بر مبنای طیف لیکرت ،توزیع گردید. داده های حاصله باالگوی ارائه شده مدلسازی و نتایج نهایی بدست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که در شرایط قطعیت داده ها رویکرد تحلیلی و عقلائی و در شرایط عدم قطعیت داده ها رویکردهای شهودی جهت تصمیم گیری مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند. به علاوه مدل یشنهادی ، راهکاری را جهت اخذ و ارتقای اثربخشی تصمیمات از طریق تجمیع نظرات خبرگان فراهم می آورد.

ارائه مدل انتخاب تأمین کننده و تخصیص سفارش و توسعه الگوریتم سه بعدی فوردیس-وبستر با در نظر گرفتن کمبود (مطالعه موردی: شرکت تولید کننده کلید های برق فشار قوی)
DOR : 20.1001.1.24766291.1399.5.2.2.5هزینههای تأمین مواد اولیه بیشتر از 60 درصد قیمت تمامشده یک محصول را در یک سازمان تشکیل میدهد. به همین جهت نحوه برنامهریزی تأمین مواد اولیه از اهمیت قابل ملاحظهای در کاهش هزینههای تمامشده، برخوردار است. مدیریت تأمینکنندگان یکی از بخشهای مهم در مدیریت زنجیره تأمین است. بسیاری از شرکتها مقدار قابل توجهی از درآمد خود را صرف خرید از تأمینکنندگان میکنند. از این رو انتخاب تأمینکننده یکی از وظایف مهم در مدیریت خرید است. هدف این تحقیق ارائه یک مدل ریاضی خطی عدد صحیح برای انتخاب تأمینکننده و تخصیص سفارش با در نظر گرفتن کمبود و همچنین حل مدل با استفاده از الگوریتم سه بعدی فوردیس- وبستر میباشد. در این تحقیق برای اولین بار هزینه کمبود تا حداکثر 1 دوره، به الگوریتم سه بعدی فوردیس- وبستر اضافه شده است. به منظور سنجش کارایی مدل پیشنهادی، دادههای یک شرکت تولیدکننده کلیدهای برق فشار قوی و دادههای دو مثال دیگر بر روی مدل ارائهشده اعمال شده و مدل از نظر "تغییر نسبت هزینه نگهداری و هزینه کمبود" و "تعداد تأمینکنندگان و تعداد دورهها" مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در آخر هم جهت حل مدل، هزینه کمبود تا حداکثر 1 دوره، به الگوریتم سه بعدی فوردیس-وبستر اضافه شده است.

طراحی مدل پویاییشناسی سیستم تامین مالی جمعی در ایران
DOR : 20.1001.1.24766291.1399.5.2.3.6با توجه به مشکل تامین مالی در کسب وکارهای نوپا بدلیل ماهیت آنها بعضی از کارآفرینان روش تامین مالی جمعی را ابداع کردند که بجای روشهای سنتی با استفاده از جمع و از طریق شبکههای اجتماعی به تامین مالی میپردازد. روش تامین مالی جمعی بدلیل داشتن مدلهای مختلف با ویژگیهای مخصوص، ذینفعان زیاد با انگیزههای متفاوت، ماهیت بینرشتهایی، و تفاوت در کشورهای مختلف بدلیل شرایط متفاوت؛ پدیدهایی پیچیده و پویا میباشد. همچنین مطالعات انجام شده درباره این روش زیاد نبوده و بیشتر بصورت اکتشافی و جزنگرانه برای فهم اولیه آن صورت گرفته است. در نتیجه نیاز است تا با استفاده از رویکردی که توانایی درک پدیدههای پیچیده و پویا را دارد به تبیین مدل تامین مالی جمعی پرداخت. این مقاله مدل پویایی شناسی تامین مالی جمعی برای حمایت از کسب و کارهای نوپای دانش بنیان در ایران طراحی کرده است تا پیچیدگیها و پویاییهای این روش را به دور از جزنگری و با استفاده از دیدگاهها و نگرشهای جمعی و با بکارگیری چارچوب تئوریک نه اکتشافی درک و استخراج و سیاستهای مناسبی جهت پیادهسازی این روش جدید در ایران ارائه کند. منابع ساخت مدل شامل ادبیات موضوع (مدلسازی اسنادی)، نظر عموم مردم (مدلسازی جمعی)، و دیدگاههای متخصصان (مدلسازی گروهی) میباشد. نتایج شبیهسازی مدل نشان داد که درآمد پلتفرمها در گسترش آنها، وجود ساز و کارهای نظارتی و ارزیابی و غربالگری در پلتفرمها در افزایش جذب سرمایهگذاران و سرمایهخواهان اثر معنیدار دارند ولی فعالیت در شبکههای اجتماعی اثر معنیداری ندارد.

مدلسازی سیستم پردازش و دفع پسماند شهری اصفهان با استفاده از رویکرد پویاییشناسی سیستم
DOR : 20.1001.1.24766291.1399.5.2.4.7اصفهان یکی از کلانشهرهای ایران، با وجود اینکه از دیرباز به عنوان شهری پیشگام در مدیریت پسماند کشور شناخته میشده اما هنوز هم با یک سیستم مبتنی بر دفن در لندفیل به پردازش و دفع پسماند میپردازد. لذا، سازمان مدیریت پسماند اصفهان با تدوین برنامهای تحت عنوان "اصفهان 1400 شهری بدون دفن پسماند" سعی بر تبدیل تدریجی سیستم فعلی به یک سیستم مدرن مبتنی بر تولید انرژی و مواد با ارزش از زبالهها دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف انتخاب بهترین راهکار امحای پسماندهای شهری از منظر مالی و زیست محیطی به شبیه سازی سیستم پردازش و دفع پسماند اصفهان با استفاده از رویکرد پویاییشناسی سیستم پرداخته است. متغیرهای اصلی مدل طراحی شده، نرخ تولید پسماند تر، انتشار کل گاز گلخانهای و سود کل سیستم بعلاوه استراتژیهای پردازش و دفع پسماند یعنی کمپوست، بازیافت و دفن در لندفیل هستند. پس از شبیه سازی و تعیین اعتبار مدل راهکارهای مختلفی از جمله استقرار هاضم بیهوازی، اصلاح خطوط پردازش پسماند و تولید سوخت جایگزین از زبالههای غیرآلی در سیستم مورد آزمون قرار گرفته و بهترین گزینه معرفی شده است. یافتههای این پژوهش نشان میدهد که اجرای هریک از طرحهای پیشنهادی میتواند در بهبود حداقل یکی از عملکردهای مالی و زیست محیطی موثر واقع شود. در این بین اجرای متوالی سیاستهای "استقرار هاضم بیهوازی" و "خط تولید سوخت جایگزین" بهترین گزینه به منظور ارتقای سیستم پردازش و دفع پسماند در شهر اصفهان شناخته شده است.

قیمت گذاری و کنترل موجودی خرده فروش های رقیب با کمبود جزئی؛ رویکرد نظریه بازیها
DOR : 20.1001.1.24766291.1399.5.2.5.8استراتژی قیمت گذاری و کنترل موجودی در محیط رقابتی، از مهمترین تصمیمات یک واحد خرده فروشی است که بر روی بقا و سوددهی آن به شدت تاثیرگذار است. هنگامی که کالاها فاسدشدنی هستند، اهمیت این تصمیمات دوچندان می شود. در این مقاله، مساله تعیین همزمان قیمت و سیاست موجودی در محیط رقابتی برای کالاهای فاسدشدنی فرموله بندی و حل می شود. بدین منظور تعدادی خرده فروش رقیب در نظر گرفته می شود که یک کالای فاسدشدنی جایگزین را به یک بازار مشترک عرضه می کنند. فرض شده است که کمبود کالا مجاز بوده و به صورت پس افت جزئی است. هر خرده فروش به دنبال تعیین سیاست موجودی و قیمت گذاری خود به منظور بیشینه کردن سود است. در ابتدا توابع سود هر خرده فروش ارائه شده و وجود تعادل نش بین خرده فروشها ثابت می شود. سپس یک روش حل برای تعیین مقادیر تعادلی قیمت و سیاست موجودی خرده فروشها ارائه می شود. در نهایت، یک مثال عددی به منظور شناسایی اثر پارامترهای مختلف بر روی جوابهای تعادلی ارائه می شود. نتایج عددی نشان می دهد که افزایش شدت رقابت منجر به کاهش مجموع سود خرده فروشها و افزایش مجموع تقاضای برآورد شده توسط آنها می شود. به علاوه، بر خلاف مدلهای انحصاری، تغییر نرخ فاسد شدن کالا در یک خرده فروش در مدل رقابتی تاثیر زیادی بر روی قیمت خرده فروشی او ندارد.

مدلسازی و حل مسئله مسیریابی تولید چند محصولی مبتنی بر برونسپاری و ریسک تصادف در حمل و نقل
DOR : 20.1001.1.24766291.1399.5.2.6.9سازمان هایی که برنامهیکپارچه تولید و مسیریابی دارند، هنگامی که برای توزیع از وسایل نقلیه استفاده میکنند، گاهی با ترافیک مواجهاند. بنابراین ریسکهایی مانند تصادف وجود دارد که منجر به خسارت، از دست دادن کیفیت محصول، تاخیر اجتناب ناپذیر در تحویل و یا حتی اثرات جبران ناپذیر شود که بر هزینهها و زمان خدمت رسانی تاثیر دارد. لذا با در نظر گرفتن ریسک تصادف در مسئله مسیریابی تولید مدل به واقعیت نزدیکتر میشود. در این مطالعه یک مدل مسیریابی تولید با دو هدف کاهش هزینهها و ریسک تصادف در حمل ونقل، با در نظر گرفتن برونسپاری، چند محصولی و چند دوره ای پیشنهاد شده است. از آنجاییکه این مسئلهNP-hard میباشد، به منظور حل مسئله از الگوریتم ژنتیک رتبه بندی نامغلوب ۲ (NSGA II) استفاده شده است. برای اعتبارسنجی مدل جوابهای به دست آمده از روش محدودیت اپسیلون در ابعاد کوچک با جوابهای به دست آمده از الگوریتم مقایسه شده است. همچنین برای اعتبارسنجی الگوریتم پیشنهادی و بررسی کارایی آن در ابعاد بزرگ، نتایج حاصل از NSGA II روی مسائل نمونه در مقایسه با الگوریتم ژنتیک چندهدفه (MOGA) با استفاده از چندین شاخص مورد آزمون قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که با وجود زمان اجرای کمتر در الگوریتم پیشنهادی، در شاخص پراکندگی الگوریتم NSGA II و در شاخص تعداد جوابهای لایه پارتو الگوریتم MOGA دارای کارایی مناسبتری است.

تصمیم گیری مشارکتی در دوران پسا کرونا
DOR : 20.1001.1.24766291.1399.5.2.7.0بحران کرونا با نشان دادن حالات مرزی سیستمهای اجتماعی - اقتصادی عرصههای مختلفی از زندگی انسان را تحت تأثیر قرار داده و باعث شده است بسیاری از جریانهای رو به رشد و گسترش در عرصههای تجارت و صنعت با چالش مواجه شوند. تصمیمگیری مشارکتی از جمله مهمترین این عرصههاست. این پژوهش تلاش میکند تأثیراتی که بحران کرونا بر لایههای مختلف دانش و اقدام تصمیمگیری مشارکتی گذاشته است را مورد بررسی قرار داده و تغییرات ضروری تصمیمگیری مشارکتی برای حیات در دوران پساکرونا را برآورد کند. بنابرین، گامی ضروری برای سامان دادن تصمیمگیری مشارکتی در دوران پساکروناست. بر این اساس، با بهرهگیری از استراتژی مبناگرایی، تأثیرات بحران کرونا بر تصمیمگیری مشارکتی در سه سطح مبانی، نظریات و تکنیکها مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که تصمیمگیری مشارکتی در هر یک از سطوح معرفی شده، تحت تأثیر بحران کرونا قرار گرفته است. همچین در تمامی سطوح عرصههایی از تصمیمگیری کاملاً بدون تغییر باقی ماندهاند. تحلیلهای بیشتر نشان میدهد که علی رغم نگاه کمّی، مهمترین تأثیرات در سطح مبانی تصمیمگیری مشارکتی ایجاد شده است. نتایج این پژوهش بیانگر ضرورت اعمال تغییرات پارادایمیک در حوزه تصمیم گیری مشارکتی در دوران پسا کروناست. سرانجام پیشنهادهایی برای پژوهشهای بیشتر و پیشنهاداتی در سطح کاربردی ارائه شده است.
