ارائه چارچوبی برای سنجش آمادگی شرکت‌ها از منظر جانشین‌پروری با رویکرد ترکیبی فرآیند تحلیل شبکه خاکستری و دیمتل

چکیده

بدون شک یکی از مسائلی که ممکن است هر سازمان دیر یا زود با آن مواجه شود، خالی شدن مشاغل به‌خصوص مشاغل راهبردی است. با توجه به این، سازمان‌ها ملزم هستند تا برنامه و طرحی مناسب برای برخورد با چنین مشکلاتی داشته باشند. چاره این ‌کار را می‌توان در اجرایی کردن طرح جانشین‌پروری جستجو کرد. هدف این مقاله ارائه چارچوبی برای بررسی سنجش آمادگی شرکت گاز در چهار استان مختلف (تهران، قم، همدان و مازندران) از منظر جانشین‌پروری می‌باشد. در این مقاله پس از بررسی ادبیات پژوهش، از روش نگاشت‌شناختی برای خوشه‌بندی زیرمعیارهای مؤثر بر جانشین‌پروری، از فرایند تحلیل شبکه خاکستری برای رتبه‌بندی و وزن‌دهی گزینه‌ها و از روش دیمتل برای تعیین جهت روابط میان معیارها و زیرمعیارها استفاده شده است. به منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار اکسل و سوپر دسیژن استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که شرکت گاز تهران حایز رتبه اول و شرکت‌های گاز قم، همدان و مازندران به‌ ترتیب در رتبه‌های بعدی از نظر آمادگی برنامه جانشین‌پروری قرار دارند.

چکیده [English]

One of the challenges that any organizations will encounter is vacancy specially for strategic jobs, taking this fact into consideration that organizations need to have an appropriate plan to deal with such problems. The solution can be sought in implementation of the succession planning. The purpose of this article is to present a framework to assess Gas companies preparation in different provinces (Tehran, Qom, Hamadan and Mazandaran) in terms of succession planning. In this article, after review of research literature, cognitive mapping for effective criteria on succession planning and gray ANP for ranking and measuring options have been used and DEMATEL method has been applied to determine relationship between criteria and sub criteria. In order to analyze data, excel software and super decisions software has been used. the results of this research indicate that Tehran Gas Company is ranked first and Qom, Hamadan and Mazandaran are next in the rankings respectively.
