ارزیابی راهبرد‌ها با استفاده از نظریه اعداد D در چارچوب مدل کارت امتیازی متوازن (مطالعه موردی: وزارت نیرو، صنعت برق)

چکیده

در دنیای پرتلاطم و همواره متغیر امروز که اطلاعات دقیق و قطعی وجود ندارد، تصمیم‌گیری‌های بلندمدت تأثیر قابل‌توجهی بر آینده یک صنعت خواهد داشت. ازآنجایی‌که هیچ سازمانی منابع نامحدود ندارد، بنابراین تصمیم‌گیری در مورد مناسب‌ترین راهبرد که سازمان را به هدف خود نزدیک‌تر ‌نماید، امری بسیار مهم است. وجود قالبی جهت انتخاب بهترین تصمیم در شرایط عدم قطعیت به مدیران کمک می­کند آینده سازمان خود را به‌روشنی رقم بزنند. این پژوهش در نظر دارد با معرفی و به‌کارگیری تئوری اعداد D به‌عنوان بسطی از نظریه دمپستر-شافر، تصمیم‌گیری و انتخاب راهبرد مطلوب و مؤثر در هر منظر کارت امتیازی متوازن در صنعت برق را با پوشش دادن عدم قطعیت و نقص اطلاعات بررسی نماید. جهت نیل به این هدف، ابتدا راهبرد‌ها در هر منظر کارت امتیازی متوازن قرار گرفته، سپس هر منظر به‌طور مجزا مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و راهبرد‌های برتر در هر منظر تعیین شده‌اند. این روش نواقص موجود در نظریه دمپستر-شافر در لحاظ کردن نقص اطلاعات را برطرف می‌نماید و با در نظر گرفتن نقصان اطلاعات ناشی از قضاوت‌های انسانی، نتایجی با دقت بیشتر در اختیار قرار می‌دهد.

چکیده [English]

In the world of constantly changing, there is no definitive and accurate information and Long-term decisions will have a significant impact on the future of the industry. Since no organization has unlimited resources, So the decision about the best strategy that makes organization closer to its goal is very important. Exist of Templates to select the best decisions in conditions of uncertainty help managers to make the future of their organization. This research aims at introducing and applying the theory of D-numbers as an extension of the Dempster-Shafer Theory, checking Decision-making and selection of appropriate and effective strategies at every point of the balanced scorecard in the electricity industry to cover uncertainty and incomplete information. To achieve this goal, the strategies were classified in each perspective, then Each perspective is examined separately. Dempster-Shafer theory in terms of the technical imperfections resolves a flaw information and by Considering the lack of information from human judgments it will give greater accuracy results.
