هدف این مقاله ارائه مدل پویای همسویی کسبوکار و فناوریاطلاعات در سازمانهای چابک میباشد. در راستای توسعه مدل پویای همسویی از چهارچوب قابلیتهای پویا که یک چهارچوب نظری و مدیریتی تأثیرگذار، در پژوهشهای مدرن سیستمهای اطلاعات و چابکی است، استفاده گردید. بر اساس رویکردهای همسویی، همسویی فناوریاطلاعات بعنوان گسترهای تعریف میشود که در آن اهداف و برنامههای فناوریاطلاعات از اهداف و برنامههای کسبوکار پشتیبانی کرده و توسط آنها پشتیبانی میشوند. این پژوهش با استفاده از تکنیک دیمتل فازی سعی در یافتن ارتباط قابلیتهای فناوریاطلاعات و قابلیتهای پویای مرحله بالاتر یعنی قابلیتهای کسبوکار دارد تا از این راه پویاییهای بهوجود آمده در نتیجه همسویی، شناسایی و زمینه دستیابی به چابکی را فراهم سازد. برای بررسی مهمترین عاملهای چابکی و همسویی، دادهها از راه پرسشنامهها که بهوسیله صد نفر خبره تکمیل شده بود، جمعآوری گردید و با نرمافزارهای اسپیاساس و اسمارت پیالاس تجزیهوتحلیل شد. در شبیهسازی از ترکیب روشهای دیمتل فازی و پویایی سیستم برای طراحی ساختار مدلسازی پویا استفاده گردید و روابط علتومعلولی و ضرایب تأثیر با استفاده از با نرمافزارهای متلب و اکسل محاسبه شد. در آخر، مدل پویا بهوسیله نرمافزار ونسیم طراحی شد.بر اساس نتیجهها، «قابلیت یادگیری فناوریاطلاعات» مهمترین عامل تأثیرگذار است که بیشترین تأثیر را بر دیگر عاملها دارد. «قابلیت پاسخگویی کسبوکار» بیشترین تأثیر را از سیستم میپذیرد.
