طراحی مدل پویایی‌شناسی سیستم تامین مالی جمعی در ایران

چکیده

با توجه به مشکل تامین مالی در کسب وکارهای نوپا بدلیل ماهیت آن‌ها بعضی از کارآفرینان روش تامین مالی جمعی را ابداع کردند که بجای روش‌های سنتی با استفاده از جمع و از طریق شبکه‌های اجتماعی به تامین مالی می‌پردازد. روش تامین مالی جمعی بدلیل داشتن مدل‌های مختلف با ویژگی‌های مخصوص، ذینفعان زیاد با انگیزه‌های متفاوت، ماهیت بین‌رشته‌ایی، و تفاوت در کشورهای مختلف بدلیل شرایط متفاوت؛ پدیده‌ایی پیچیده و پویا می‌باشد. همچنین مطالعات انجام شده درباره این روش زیاد نبوده و بیشتر بصورت اکتشافی و جزنگرانه برای فهم اولیه آن صورت گرفته است. در نتیجه نیاز است تا با استفاده از رویکردی که توانایی درک پدیده‌های پیچیده و پویا را دارد به تبیین مدل تامین مالی جمعی پرداخت. این مقاله مدل پویایی شناسی تامین مالی جمعی برای حمایت از کسب و کارهای نوپای دانش بنیان در ایران طراحی کرده است تا پیچیدگی‌ها و پویایی‌های این روش را به دور از جزنگری و با استفاده از دیدگاه‌ها و نگرش‌های جمعی و با بکارگیری چارچوب تئوریک نه اکتشافی درک و استخراج و سیاست‌های مناسبی جهت پیاده‌سازی این روش جدید در ایران ارائه کند. منابع ساخت مدل شامل ادبیات موضوع (مدل‌سازی اسنادی)، نظر عموم مردم (مدل‌سازی جمعی)، و دیدگاه‌های متخصصان (مدل‌سازی گروهی) می‌باشد. نتایج شبیه‌سازی مدل نشان داد که درآمد پلتفرم‌ها در گسترش آن‌ها، وجود ساز و کارهای نظارتی و ارزیابی و غربال‌گری در پلتفرم‌ها در افزایش جذب سرمایه‌گذاران و سرمایه‌خواهان اثر معنی‌دار دارند ولی فعالیت در شبکه‌های اجتماعی اثر معنی‌داری ندارد.

Considering the problem of funding start-ups because of their nature, some entrepreneurs developed crowdfunding in which funding is done via the Internet and social network instead of traditional methods. Crowdfunding is a complicated and dynamic phenomenon due to the fact that it has many models with distinctive characteristics, numerous stakeholders with different intentions, interdisciplinary nature, and differences in various countries due to diverse cultural, social, economic and technological conditions of such countries. In addition, studies conducted on this method are not significant in number and they have been conducted in an exploratory and partial manner so as to offer a preliminary understanding. As a result, it is necessary to adopt an approach capable of understanding complex-dynamic phenomena so as to be able to explain crowdfunding. The present paper designs a system dynamics model of crowdfunding for support of new Iranian knowledge-based IT start-ups so as to highlight the complexities and dynamics of the method. The sources for the development of the model include relevant literature (document model building), public opinions (crowd model building) and experts’ viewpoints (group model building). The results of model simulation suggest that the revenue of the platforms in their expansion, the existence of monitoring mechanisms, evaluation, and screening in the platforms have a significant effect on increasing the attraction of investors and capital, but activity in social networks is not very effective.
