تأثیر قابلیت های زیرساختی مدیریت دانش بر هوش تجاری با میانجی گری نوآوری باز در شرکت های تولیدی کوچک و متوسط

در محیط رقابتی کسب ‌وکار، توسعه و حفظ یک مزیت رقابتی برای شرکت‌ها امری حیاتی است و هوش تجاری از جمله عوامل کلیدی در تحقق این مهم به شمار می‌رود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر قابلیت های زیرساختی مدیریت دانش بر هوش تجاری با میانجی گری نوآوری باز انجام شده ‌است. جامعه آماری پژوهش متشکل از شرکت های تولیدی کوچک و متوسط در استان تهران می باشد؛ حجم نمونه آماری برمبنای روش حداقل مربعات جزئی 90 نفر تعیین گردیده است. داده های تحقیق با استفاده از پرسشنامه که بوسیله دو معیار آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی پایایی ابعاد مختلف آن مورد تأیید قرار گرفته جمع آوری شده و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مسیر با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی در مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری جهت آزمون فرضیه‌ها بوسیله نرم افزارهای SPSS و SmartPLS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار است. آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش در سطح اطمینان 95% نشان از آن دارد که رابطه مثبت و معنادار نوآوری باز و هوش تجاری مورد تأیید قرار گرفته و مشخص گردید قابلیت زیرساختی مدیریت دانش بطور مستقیم و غیر مستقیم از طریق نوآوری باز بر روی هوش تجاری تأثیر می گذارد؛ همچنین، مشخص گردید به تقریب یک سوم از اثر کل قابلیت های زیرساختی مدیریت دانش بر هوش تجاری از طریق غیر مستقیم توسط نوآوری باز تبیین می شود.

Developing and maintaining a competitive advantage for companies is a critical topic and business intelligence is one of the key factors towards this goal, in business competitive environment. Present study seeks to investigate the effect of KM capabilities on business intelligence with mediatory role of open innovation. Sample size determined 90 persons by Partial Least Squares technique which chosen randomly. Data collected by questionnaire, which its reliability investigated by Cronbach’s Alpha and Composite Reliability, and analyzed by SPSS and SmartPLS based on path analysis with partial last squares approach in structural equations modelling to test hypothesis. Testing research hypotheses using path analysis method with partial least squares approach in structural equation modeling shows that between open innovation and business intelligence has a positive and significant relationship. In addition, knowledge management infrastructure capabilities has a positive and significant effect on business intelligence directly and indirectly. Moreover, about one third of the total effect of Knowledge management infrastructure capability on business intelligence is indirectly explained by open innovation.
