ارزیابی موانع بکارگیری کیفیت 4.0 در موسسه شهر کتاب با استفاده از تکنیک بهترین- بدترین بیزین

چکیده

کیفیت 4.0 یک موضوع پژوهشی نوظهور بوده و به چگونگی اتخاذ مدیریت کیفیت در عصر دیجیتال و انقلاب صنعتی چهارم اشاره می‌کند که سازمان‌های امروزی می‌تواند از آن به عنوان یک راهبرد برای رقابت و پیشرفت در بازار استفاده نمایند. هدف این مقاله بررسی موانع بکارگیری کیفیت 4.0 می‌باشد. از همین رو، در گام اول، با مرور ادبیات، به شناسایی موانع بکارگیری کیفیت 4.0 پرداخته شد. در گام دوم با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی فازی به بومی‌سازی موانع شناسایی شده پرداخته شد. در گام آخر با بکارگیری تکنیک بهترین- بدترین بیزین به اولویت‌بندی موانع تایید شده مبادرت شد. مورد مطالعه این پژوهش موسسه شهر کتاب بوده و پنل خبرگانی پژوهش، شامل هشت نفر از مدیران ارشد و میانی این شرکت بودند. با استفاده از مرور ادبیات، 23 مانع برای بکارگیری کیفیت 4.0 در مراحل مختلف شناسایی شد و مطابق با نتایج دلفی فازی، هفت مانع تایید شدند. بر اساس نتایج تکنیک بهترین-بدترین بیزین، هزینه‌های بالای استقرار زیرساخت‌های کیفیت 4.0 از سایرین مهم‌تر شناخته شد. کمبود نیروی انسانی آموزش دیده و واجد شرایط و یکپارچه‌سازی دیجیتال به ترتیب در رتبه‌های دوم و سوم قرار گرفتند. نتایج این پژوهش از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است، زیرا در کمک به ذی‌نفعان برای درک موانعی که در مسیر اجرای کیفیت4.0 وجود دارند، نقش بسزایی بازی می‌کند.

چکیده [English]

Quality 4.0 is an emerging research topic and refers to how to adopt quality management in the fourth industrial revolution era, which today's organizations can use as a strategy for competition and progress in the market. This research aims to investigate the barriers to applying Quality 4.0. Therefore, in the first step, the obstacles to applying Quality 4.0 were identified by reviewing the literature. In the second step, identifying barriers is localized using Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM). The approved barriers are prioritized in the last effort using the Bayesian best-worst method (BWM). The case study of this research is Shahr-e Ketab Institute, and the expert panel included eight senior managers of this organization. Using the literature, 23 barriers to applying Quality 4.0 are identified. According to the results of FDM, seven barriers were confirmed. Based on the results of the Bayesian BWM, the cost of deploying Quality 4.0 infrastructures is recognized as a more critical barrier. Lack of trained and qualified human resources and digital integration are ranked second and third, respectively. The results of this research are of particular importance because it plays a significant role in helping stakeholders understand the barriers to implementing Quality 4.0.
