مطالعه طولی الگوی تغییرات گونه های استراتژی تولید در شرکتهای تولیدی ایران در افق 1388-1394

چکیده

این پژوهش به ارائه مطالعه طولی بر روی خوشه‌های استراتژی تولید در دو مقطع زمانی با فاصله شش سال پرداخته است. استفاده از روش‌های بررسی داده‌ها به صورت طولی در چند دهه اخیر به صورت چشم‌گیری گسترش یافته و در بین پژوهشگران کاربردی نیز شهرت یافته است. در پژوهش طولی بر عکس روش مقطعی، داده‌ها از یک نمونه معرف به دفعات مختلف گرد‌آوری می‌شود. برای انجام مطالعه طولی، دو خوشه‌بندی متفاوت بر روی استراتژی‌های تولید مورد استفاده در کارخانه های ایران، در دو مقطع زمانی انجام شده است. بدین منظور از داده های دو نمونه در مقطع های زمانی سالهای 1388 و 1394 کارخانه های تولیدی استفاده شده است. اعتبار خوشه بندی با تحلیل تشخیصی بررسی شده و سپس تغییرات به وجود آمده در اهداف تولیدی این خوشه‌ها با استفاده از فاصله اقلیدوسی، تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره و تحلیل واریانس مورد بررسی قرار گرفته اند. نتایج این بررسی حاکی از وجود شباهت ها و تفاوت هایی بین دو خوشه در دو مقطع زمانی است.

چکیده [English]

In this study, a longitudinal study on cluster production strategy in two time periods with an interval of five years is discussed. Using the longitudinal and transverse analysis has dramatically expanded in recent decades and become well known among researchers. Despite the cross-sectional study, In longitudinal study, data collected from a representative sample in different times. To conduct a longitudinal study, two different clustering was conducted on production strategies used in Iran’s factories, in two time periods. Therefore, the data in the two years 2010 and 2016 period were used from production factories. Population were similar in two period. Clustering validity was assessed by discriminant analysis, and then, changes in production objectives surveyed using Euclidean distance, multivariate data analysis and analysis of variance were used. Finally, changes in cluster’s production objectives are discussed. Based on the results there are similarities and differences between two groups are in two time periods.
